TO THE GUIDE

Three Simple Steps

  • 1. Place

    Position your cookie cutter on your rolled dough and press lightly to mark the shape — don’t cut all the way through just yet.

  • 2. Stamp

    Center your cookie stamp inside the cutter. Press down evenly with moderate pressure in the middle of the stamp.

  • 3. Cut

    Lift the stamp straight up to release. Then press the cookie cutter firmly to cut out the shape — this gives you a crisp, clean edge.

Schöne Ausstecher mit Stempel

Sehr schöne Ausstecher und Stempel. Allerdings muss man die Stempel gut zentrieren damit ein schönes Bild entsteht. Den passenden Druck, damit der Teig nicht im Stempel hängen bleibt, muss auch erst heraus gefunden werden. Mit ein bisschen Übung funktioniert das aber sehr gut.
